Ultimate Vision receives the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact form, resource inquiries, or newsletter signup. We use this information to respond to you and, when you subscribe, send updates.
Donations
Stripe processes donations and recurring giving. Card information is entered on Stripe’s secure checkout. Our website does not store your full card number. We retain donation and donor records needed to track gifts and provide support.
Service providers
We use hosting, database, and email providers to operate this website, store inquiries and subscriber records, and deliver messages. Our current providers include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Stripe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through the link in any newsletter. Contact info@ultimate-vision.org to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or rejoin after unsubscribing. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or other obligations.
Cookies and external content
Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. Embedded videos and links to social platforms or other websites may involve those providers’ own cookies and privacy practices. Review their policies when using those services.
